Ensure all cars are out of driveway either parked in the garage or down the street
Garage doors should be shut, and rubbish bins concealed
Hedges should be trimmed, lawns mowed, hoses stored away
Clear all clothes lines and fold away if possible
Clean and close all windows
Put away pool cleaner and hide all pool toys
Arrange patio furniture and open umbrellas

De-clutter the property to maximize space and create an open view and feel
Conceal all pet containers, toys and kitty litter
Make sure all lights are working
Bookcases should be neat. DVD's, game console and cords stored away
Turn off ceiling fans
Remove or hide any clutter

All small appliances, dishes, drainboard, tea towels and bins from the kitchen should be hidden.
All magnets and notes from fridges to be removed
Remove personal photos

Ensure towels are fresh and all personal items such as toothbrushes, shampoo bottles are stored away
Make sure mirrors are clean and streak-free, shower walls and doors should be clean and dry

Ensure beds are made crease free and all personal items are removed.
Floor is clear and all items under the bed are out of sight.
